All custom house artwork is created by hand from the photos you provide. All custom house artwork is created by hand. House paintings are made using high quality watercolors on 100% cotton cold press watercolor paper.

A little about the process:  I will send you an email to get the ball rolling. If you don’t see anything from me within a day or so, please contact me. Your custom watercolor typically ships within 3 weeks of receipt of pictures of your home.

EXPEDITED ARTWORK: Purchasing the expedited listings moves you to the front of the queue, shortening production time to no more than 7 business days. Note: mailing time remains the same. If you need faster shipping, let me know and we will work with you to make that happen.

PRINTS OF YOUR ORIGINAL ARTWORK: We can add prints of your original artwork for family and friends! Simply purchase "custom artwork prints" in the add-on section. Note: in printing artwork, it is always best to print at the same size as the original or smaller. I do not recommend buying 8×10 prints of 5×7 artwork - the clarity can be significantly impacted.
